Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

At Abode Hospice & Home Health, we understand and value our employees’ personal and/or work-related needs. We offer an outstanding Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for our employees and their families. Our employees and members of their families are allotted five counseling sessions per situation that may arise.

BrightSpring Brighter Futures Scholarship

We are committed to investing in people to help them achieve their aims and reach their goals. We believe in the power of education and have created further opportunities to support and recognize under-reached students to help them excel academically through the creation of the BrightSpring Brighter Futures Scholarship in partnership with the Community Foundation of Louisville.

This scholarship, launched in 2021, is open to everyone – employees, their children, customers, friends, members of our communities – who meets the following criteria:

 

  • Financial need
  • Grade point average of 3.0
  • Enrolled in an accredited nonprofit post-secondary educational institution
 

One scholarship will be awarded annually and consists of $10,000 per year and is renewable for up to four consecutive years to a deserving student.
